These Terms & Conditions are designed to protect you, the group, the experience, the villa, and the sacred energy of the retreat. By reserving your spot in the **Awaken Your Sparkle Retreat**, you agree to the following:

* All payments must be completed **no later than 15 days before the retreat** unless otherwise agreed in writing.

* Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiting your spot without refund.

Because this is an intimate healing immersion with limited space:

* All payments made are **non-refundable**.

* If you cannot attend, you may **transfer** your spot to another woman **with prior written approval** or transferred to a future retreat.

* No refunds will be issued for late arrival, early departure, or missed sessions.

* If the retreat must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political situation, villa issue, illness), all payments will be **transferred to the new dates**

It is the responsibility of each participant to:

* Ensure your **passport** is valid for travel to Mexico.

* Arrange **flights** to and from San Diego (SAN) or Tijuana (TIJ).

* Arrive on time for scheduled transportation.

* Obtain any necessary **travel insurance**, which is strongly recommended.

* Handle any travel delays, cancellations, or interruptions with your airline or insurer.

Transportation to/from the villa is provided **from the designated meeting spot** only.

By joining the retreat, you acknowledge and agree:

* You are voluntarily participating in all activities, which may include physical movement, emotional processes, spa treatments, beach activities, horseback riding, and transportation in Mexico.

* You release the host, staff, villa owners, and all retreat facilitators from **any liability** for injury, illness, loss, theft, accident, or unforeseen circumstances.

* You are responsible for your personal health, safety, and belongings at all times.

* You understand that energy healing, embodiment work, and spiritual practices may bring up emotions, memories, or sensations, and you take full responsibility for your participation.

If you have any medical or psychological conditions, you agree to consult a doctor prior to attending.

This retreat is a sacred, feminine healing space. To protect the wellness of every woman:

* You agree to treat all participants with kindness, respect, and non-judgment.

* Confidentiality of shared stories and experiences is required.

* Aggressive behavior, disrespect, or disruption of the retreat energy may result in removal without refund.

* Participation in ceremonies and activities is always optional, your autonomy matters.

The retreat includes a professional photo shoot. By attending, you agree:

* Photos and video may be taken throughout the retreat.

* You grant permission for group photos and retreat atmosphere shots to be used in promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing before the retreat.

* Your private photo shoot images are yours and may not be used publicly without your consent.

By attending, you accept full responsibility for your choices, actions, and personal safety.

By submitting payment for this retreat, you acknowledge that you:

* Have read and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions

* Understand the no-refund policy

* Understand your responsibilities as a participant

* Accept all risks associated with travel and participation

* Are emotionally and physically able to participate in the retreat activities

This agreement ensures that you, and all the women joining you, experience the most magical, safe, empowering, transformational retreat possible.
